Speed and leanness are constraints we chose. The quality collapse everyone predicted is the trade-off that didn't survive the systems below.

What clients touch

When help costs one click instead of a context switch, people reach for it constantly, and usage across the team rose an order of magnitude.

Voice-first workflows broke thinking speed versus output clarity. People think brilliantly out loud and type slowly. Wispr Flow captures the messy transcript, an LLM pass rewrites it clean, and every written thing the company produces gets a quiet 10 to 15 percent lift that compounds daily.

And the De-Slopper broke heavy AI use versus human credibility. Weeks of genuine thinking used to arrive wearing the stylistic fingerprints of a thirty-second prompt, and readers docked the work for it. The De-Slopper strips the tells so the output finally reads like the thinking behind it.

The business engine

Predictive profitability models broke ambitious margins versus margin risk. Every project and every client carries a live forecast of total hours, cost, and final margin based on how this specific team actually bills, so drift gets caught in week two instead of the post-mortem.
