VitaminLab had genuinely personalized vitamins trapped behind a storefront that looked like every other supplement brand, so we rebuilt the identity around animated, smiling faces and a site where the product configures itself in front of you. The brand finally looks as bespoke as the product.

The supplement aisle is a graveyard of sameness. Thousands of brands making the same promises in the same clinical white packaging. VitaminLab had genuinely personalized vitamins and a storefront that made them look exactly like everyone else, so the traffic showed up and left.

We threw out the clinical playbook. We built an identity around animated, smiling faces that made personalization feel human instead of pharmaceutical, then rebuilt the site so the product configured itself in front of you. Nobody in the category looks or moves like this.

A leaky funnel turned into a compounding subscription engine, and personalization now reads as human instead of clinical. VitaminLab finally looks as bespoke as the product inside the bottle, and stands out in a category built on sameness.
