Senior talent only
The people who ran brands at Hinge and Telus Health do your work. No juniors, no handoffs, no learning on your dime.

We build gov tech brands that pass procurement on first read, in about eight weeks.
Start a sprint
CIVIC ROUNDTABLE
Civic Roundtable connects public servants across agencies and associations. The product had outgrown the site. Space built the identity and a Webflow site engineered to grow, then kept building: six sector pages, four solution pages, HubSpot lead capture and a security page that answers the first question every government buyer asks.
RAISING THE VILLAGE
Raising The Village lifts household income in last-mile Uganda and reports its results like a fund. It needed a brand and site that carried that rigor to donors and government partners. Three Space sprints later, the story leads with the evidence: a 19X program value multiple and 1.9M+ people reached.

QUARKID
QuarkID is the open-source, self-sovereign identity protocol behind Argentina's digital ID: passports, personal identification and the credentials of daily life, held by the citizen rather than the state. Governments beyond Argentina are adopting it. Space designed the product UX and the go-to-market, so a zero-knowledge protocol reads like a wallet any citizen can use on day one.
ADYTON
Adyton builds secure mobile software for military and government teams working far from a desk. Buyers were program officers who distrust anything that looks like a consumer app. Space built the full brand, the product UX, the website and the ad campaign as one system, so the interface, the site and the ads carry the discipline the customer expects.
Position for the buyer who signs and the officer who decides if you're seen. One story that survives a rubric, a council and a records request.

Identity that reads as trustworthy to a CIO and alive to a founder. Built to sit beside a county seal without flinching.

A site procurement can audit and press can quote. Plain language, WCAG 2.1 AA from the first wireframe, security answered on the first scroll.

Clickable prototypes for the pilot deck, tested with real public servants, ready for engineering before the fiscal year turns.

Public-sector sales have two audiences, the buyer and the user. We start with the story that holds for both.
AI runs across our workflow, so a brand and site that took a quarter now ships in about eight weeks.
Fixed sprint, fixed scope. You see progress weekly, and you know what lands before the budget window closes.
Plain language, WCAG 2.1 AA and a visible security story are built in, so the site passes review instead of holding it up.
The system we leave runs inside your tools. The next pilot deck or RFP boilerplate comes out on-brand without us.
“Space feels like an extension of our team, bringing efficient, thoughtful ways of working together, which were both professional and very human. I really understand why they call themselves an un-agency”
Soofia Mahmood
Managing Director at Raising The Village
You get in weeks what took us two decades to learn on brands you already know, plus the public-sector work behind Civic Roundtable, Raising The Village, QuarkID and Adyton. No exploratory wandering, no expensive detours. Just the recipe that builds brands people trust.

Yes. We work in sprints of about eight weeks, brief to live. Raising The Village went through three of them. Validere's full brand and site rebuild ran 8 weeks.
A senior crew. The people in your kickoff are the people who design and build. No account layer, no junior handoffs.
We scope by outcome, per sprint. A site, a campaign and a full brand and site build price differently. We share numbers after a short call.
Because the shortlist forms long before the RFP drops. Procurement staff, program officers and association leads look you up months out, and the brand is what they find. Brand OS keeps the story identical across every touchpoint for the whole cycle.
That is the job. Adyton needed to read as mission-ready to Air Force and Navy program officers while staying a startup. Brand, product UX, site and campaign were designed as one system to do exactly that.
A gov tech brand has to survive four rooms: the evaluator's rubric, the CIO's security questionnaire, the council meeting on price, and the records request that posts your deck. We design for the procurement officer first, because the mayor signs but the procurement officer decides whether you're ever seen.
Yes, and we treat both as brand rather than compliance. Section 508 governs federal sites and WCAG 2.1 AA is now the standard for state and local under the 2024 ADA Title II rule. We build to it from the first wireframe and hand over the audit for your compliance file.
Yes. GovCloud hosting, SOC 2, IL5, FedRAMP status: each belongs on the site in language a non-engineer can read. Civic Roundtable's security page and Adyton's site both do this. We write that section with your security lead.
No. One brand, one story, with messaging that flexes by tier. Civic Roundtable serves 4,000+ organizations across all 50 states on a single site with six sector pages and four solution pages.
One decision-maker per sprint, agreed at kickoff, with a fixed review calendar. Everyone else sees work at set milestones. It's how eight weeks stays eight weeks.
NDAs, yes, standard. We do not hold clearances, so classified material stays with your team; we work from the unclassified brief, which is how Adyton ran.
Yes. Raising The Village is a nonprofit working in rural Uganda; three sprints gave it a brand that leads with a 19X program value multiple. QuarkID is Argentina's national digital ID, a government's own product, now being adopted by other countries.
Both. For Adyton and QuarkID we designed the product UX alongside the brand, site and go-to-market, so the interface and the pitch match.
Yes. A procurement analyst asks Perplexity or ChatGPT "what is a government operations platform" before drafting the RFP language, and whichever vendor's page the engine can quote shapes the requirement. Beacon, our AEO tool, audits how five engines see you across 86 checks. The audit is free.
Yes. Civic Roundtable, Raising The Village, QuarkID, Adyton, Ontario Place, University of Toronto. We won't spend your first month learning how government buys.
